Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Period / Timeframe
Orders may be refunded within 30 days after customer receipt of goods. Products can not be refunded after the 30 day period.

Method of Refund
Refunds are returned to the same form of payment used.

Reason for Return:
Remorse
If the items are no longer desired, items can be refunded within 30 days after delivery. Shipping expenses are covered by the customer.

Damaged  Items
If the items received are damaged in transit, items can be refunded or replaced if Robota LLC is notified within 15 days after delivery. Shipping expenses are covered by the customer.

Defective Items
Items with warranty:

If the items received are defective and under warranty, the warranty policy shall be followed for resolution.

Items without warranty:
If the items received are defective, items can be refunded or replaced within 30 days after delivery. Shipping expenses are covered by the customer.

Incorrect Goods
If the items received do not match the item order or item description, items can be refunded within 30 days after delivery. Shipping expenses are covered by Robota LLC.

Contact Robota LLC via website contact form or phone to initiate a return merchandise authorization.

Restocking Fee

Cancelation of custom orders will incur a restocking fee of 25%
