NTRIP stands for Networked Transport of RTCM via Internet Protocol. The Role of the NTRIP Caster 

At the center of the process is the NTRIP Caster, which works like a hub that connects Servers and Clients. The Caster manages correction streams and ensures that data is routed correctly between rovers and base stations.
