The Short Version
We don't sell your data. Anything we collect exists to serve you: to fulfill your order, support your equipment, or answer your message. That's it.
What We Collect
- Contact and order information. When you contact us or place an order, we keep what you send us: name, email, phone, company, and the details of your inquiry or purchase. We use it to reply, fulfill, invoice, and provide warranty support.
- Product and device records. Registered Robota hardware (such as RoboDot receivers) is associated with your purchase so we can deliver firmware updates, subscription services, and support for your specific unit. Devices that use our online services (firmware updates, data uploads, correction services) exchange data with our servers to provide those services.
- Anonymous site analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the website is used (pages visited, general region, device type) so we can improve it. This is not used to identify you and is never sold or shared for advertising.
What We Do With It
Your information is used to provide the products and services you asked for: processing orders, shipping, warranty and technical support, firmware and software delivery, and replying to your messages. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service Providers
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run our business, each limited to its role: payment processing (Stripe), transactional email (Resend), website hosting, and anonymous usage analytics (PostHog). Payment card details go directly to the payment processor; we never see or store your card number.
Deleting Your Data
Want your contact records or account information removed? Contact us and we will delete what we can while retaining only what the law requires us to keep (such as tax records of completed sales).
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date before it takes effect.
